Announcement on the temporary suspension of public and private educational institutions at all levels in Phnom Penh

On 12 September 2022, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports issued an announcement on the temporary suspension of public and private educational institutions at all levels in Phnom Penh.

According to the announcement, the suspension of public schools was made in order to reduce traffic congestion, reduce disturbance to the people in Phnom Penh, as well as facilitate the convoy of delegates during the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits and related summits will be held on November 10-13, 2022.
